Key Responsibilities- Develops and implements strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
- Assumes overall accountability for operations, budget development, analysis, and oversight.
- Recommends and oversees capital improvements to enhance patient care and services.
- Ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including prompt review and action on reports and recommendations of authorized planning, regulatory, and inspecting agencies.
- Promotes the development of services based on the identified needs of the patient population.
- Generates community involvement through auxiliary, volunteer, and staff programs.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
- Master's Degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or related healthcare field: Preferred
- Ten years' related experience: Preferred
- Five years senior management experience within the healthcare field: Required
- Hospital experience: Preferred
