Adventist Health is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Ukiah, California.

Job Summary:

As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will provide diagnostic, therapeutic, and consultative services to patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. You will adhere to state and federal regulatory license, certification, and accrediting requirement guidelines. You will serve as an integral member of the interdisciplinary care team.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop treatment plans.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Supervise and train support staff as needed.
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field.
  • Current licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of California.
  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
