We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Scientific Research Corporation. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services, and for identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance our quality management system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and test materials and products to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Use precision measuring instruments and complex test equipment to evaluate product quality
  • Develop and implement quality management procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues
  • Provide training and guidance to colleagues on quality management procedures and best practices
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering, Technical, Business, Computer Science or IT discipline
  • Less than 3 years of experience in a quality assurance or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Desired Skills
  • Experience with Navy C4I systems
  • Knowledge of quality management principles and practices
