Role Summary:

We are seeking a full-time Healthcare Reception Specialist for our medical clinic. The successful candidate must demonstrate flexibility and be available for extended hours, including weekends as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage patient information efficiently.
  • Schedule medical appointments and communicate with patients via phone.
  • Handle messages and inquiries professionally.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and effective communication with patients.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and work ethic.
  • Demonstrate the ability to multi-task and utilize basic office software proficiently.

Qualifications:

  • At least one year of experience in a healthcare environment.
  • Preferred background in medical settings.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Windows, Word, Excel, and possess strong typing skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Strong organizational abilities are required.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not mandatory.
