Position Overview:


As an Automotive Regional Manager at Apollo Retail, you will thrive in a dynamic environment where your passion for the automotive industry can shine.

Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate and oversee relationships with clients across various automotive dealership locations.


Key Responsibilities:


In this role, you will educate dealership staff on the offerings provided by Apollo Retail for Automotive Vehicles within your designated dealerships.


Traveling to assigned dealerships will be essential to enhance brand visibility and meet the established objectives across all product categories. This may involve reimbursable overnight travel within your region or to specific events.

Provide continuous support to dealers and customers, acting as the Apollo Retail Specialist, which encompasses areas such as Audio Programming, Connected Vehicle Services, and Pre-Owned Programs.

Conduct visits to assigned automotive dealers every two months to drive key Apollo Retail goals and initiatives.

Enroll dealerships in all Apollo Retail dealer programs, demonstrating a proven history of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Maintain a log of daily dealership activities and key contacts for scheduling and tracking purposes using proprietary software.

Perform follow-ups and audits to ensure adequate dealership coverage and activity throughout the region.

Represent Apollo Retail at automotive vendor shows and events related to OEM.

Lead and coordinate special OEM projects within your assigned territory.


Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships, motivate, and guide others towards achieving set goals.

Experience in product presence, training, sales incentives, and category management.

Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Willingness and ability to travel within the assigned region 4-5 days a week.


Compensation:
$62,360 USD annually

Benefits:
Monthly car allowance of $350

Monthly cell phone allowance of $75

Reimbursement for travel expenses each month

Reimbursement for regular gasoline and general office expenses

Eligibility for healthcare benefits and 401K
