We are currently offering a management role in the Salem, Oregon vicinity. This position involves collaborating closely with contractors to provide effective solutions for their daily challenges. As we grow, we seek driven individuals to become part of our team.

Compensation includes sales commissions, a base hourly wage, and a managerial bonus linked to store profitability for all Shop Managers.

We believe that attitude and work ethic are more significant indicators of success than prior industry experience.

We are prepared to train the right candidate who demonstrates high integrity, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:
• Present, promote, and sell products/services to contractors and walk-in customers.

• Manage invoicing, maintain open orders, and handle purchase orders and returns.

• Conduct regular inventory counts, make adjustments, and order products for the store.

• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis for existing and potential customers to address their requirements.

• Establish, nurture, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

• Ensure follow-through on tasks and resolve customer needs effectively.

• Supervise co-workers in the store, including hiring, promotions, and administrative tasks.

• Meet agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the designated schedule.

Additional Information:
• Compensation includes base pay and commissions (with no cap).

Compensation:
• $60,000 - $100,000.00 annually
