We seek a reliable and proactive individual to fulfill the role of Operations Supervisor. This position encompasses a variety of responsibilities, including being cross-trained for general office tasks, equipment operation, and maintenance. The ideal candidate will possess experience, accountability, and a collaborative spirit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform essential office tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing communications.
  • Act as a support to primary office staff, ensuring seamless office operations.
  • Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on equipment, including forklifts, loaders, balers, and wood grinders.
  • Quickly troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to minimize operational downtime.
  • Lead and manage a small team, providing direction and support for efficient operations.
  • Coordinate daily activities and ensure adherence to safety and operational protocols.
  • Assist in various operational areas as necessary to enhance overall site productivity.
  • Utilize mechanical skills to effectively operate and troubleshoot equipment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
  • Class B CDL is preferred.
  • Familiarity with various computer systems and software applications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional analytical problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with diverse teams.
  • Aptitude for building effective professional relationships with team members.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure.
  • Professional demeanor and attitude.
