Job Overview

Position Summary:
St. Patrick Center, a dedicated ministry of Catholic Charities, is seeking a Peer Support Specialist focused on rural communities to enhance our Support Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) initiative.

The Peer Support Specialist will primarily operate from our designated location and will serve as a guiding figure for veteran families, engaging in extensive travel across various rural regions.

This role involves direct interaction with clients, working closely with the Rural Counties team to monitor the progress of clients' housing objectives, collaborating with case managers to ensure comprehensive service coordination, and meticulously documenting all support-related activities.

Core Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.

Compensation:
The salary range for this position is between $36,000 and $46,000.
