Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the setup and operation of hemodialysis machines, while maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the maintenance of a safe and clean working environment.
- Support the organization commitment to the Quality Enhancement Program (QEP) and CQI Activities.
- Participate in process improvement activities that enhance patient satisfaction and quality of care.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Manager and Education Coordinator to drive organization quality standards through education and training.
- Provide developmental support to clinical and facility staff.
- Participate in implementing and designing creative educational programs for PCT staff.
- Monitor processes in the delivery of patient care through regular Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) activities.
- Ensure all organization business policies, procedures, and systems are incorporated into training.
- High School diploma or G.E.D. required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Valid PCT national certification or state-specific certification as defined by Center for Medicaid/Medicare (CMS).
- At least five years patient care experience in a hospital setting or a related facility preferred.
- Continued employment dependent on successful completion of the organization dialysis training program and successful completion of CPR certification.
