Requirements
  • Fingerprint clearance card (A.R.S. 46-141 Level 1)
  • CPR and First Aid certification (in-person classes only)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • CPI certification (Crisis Prevention Intervention)
  • Initial health screening training
  • Valid Arizona driver's license with no restrictions
  • Personal vehicle with valid auto insurance and registration
  • Physical examination within the past 6 months
  • Three non-relative reference letters
  • Two years of professional references
  • Administration writing skills
  • Able to work on holidays
  • Knowledge of cooking, cleaning, organizing, supervision, laundry, and mentoring
  • Able to attend a Christian church service
  • Able to clear a criminal background check (7 years)
  • R.P.P.S. training
  • Pass a drug test
  • Communicable disease test
  • State of Arizona (Maricopa) food handler's card
