Billet Health is seeking a skilled Nurse Care Specialist to provide high-quality care to geriatric patients in their homes or facilities. As a key member of our team, you will assess patient needs and work with our Director of Nursing to develop a personalized plan of care.

You will have the freedom to choose which patients you work with and when, allowing you to tailor your practice to your strengths and interests.

To be successful in this role, you must hold a valid RN license in the state of practice and have a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. You will also need to have a valid driver's license, valid auto insurance, and meet any other requirements specified by the state or facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patient needs and develop personalized plans of care
  • Provide high-quality care to geriatric patients in their homes or facilities
  • Work collaboratively with our Director of Nursing to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices

Requirements:

  • Active RN license in the state of practice
  • Valid driver's license
  • Valid auto insurance
  • COVID vaccine (exemption letter may be applicable)
  • Flu vaccine (when in flu season)
  • CPR or BLS certification
  • Physical (medical clearance to perform job duties; applicable if applying in Nevada only)
  • Valid TB test (skin test within the last year or x-ray within the last five years)
