Job Summary
Sharp HealthCare is seeking a skilled LVN to join our Dermatology Float Pool team. As a float pool nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in various clinics, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients, staff, and physicians in maintaining a high level of efficiency and customer service while providing quality care to a designated patient population.
- Provide clinical skills and nursing judgment to ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
- Participate in clinical projects and quality initiatives to continuously improve patient care and outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient care events accurately and thoroughly, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) - CA Board of Vocational Nursing & Psychiatric Technicians
- AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional (AHA BLS Healthcare) - American Heart Association
- 1 year LVN experience in a related clinical area
- Ambulatory care experience
Preferred Qualifications
- ACLS Certification (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) - American Heart Association
- IV Certification (NPTA Sterile Product Certification) - Various-Employee provides certificate

• Must remain in original Job Title
• Transfers to a non-bonus eligible department or position may result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus.
