Sharp HealthCare is seeking a skilled LVN to join our Nephrology team. As an LVN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the efficiency of our operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients, staff, and physicians as needed to maintain a high level of efficiency and customer service.
- Provide quality care to a designated patient population.
- Administer medications safely and accurately per guidelines and written order.
- Prepare patients for examination or procedure.
- Accurately document patient care per protocol.
Requirements:
- California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) - CA Board of Vocational Nursing & Psychiatric Technicians.
- AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional (AHA BLS Healthcare) - American Heart Association.
- Preferred qualifications include 1 year LVN experience in related clinical area, ambulatory care experience, ACLS Certification, and IV Certification.
