Pharmaceutical Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our team at Syneos Health Careers. As a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in developing and executing a strategic business plan to effectively target, penetrate, and establish relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the pharmaceutical industry.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute a Strategic Business Plan: Create and implement a comprehensive business plan to achieve sales and profit goals, targeting key decision-makers and stakeholders in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Build Relationships with Healthcare Providers: Establish and maintain relationships with physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other healthcare professionals to promote our pharmaceutical products.
- Manage Territory and CRM System: Effectively manage your territory and utilize a CRM system to track and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions.
- Meet or Exceed Sales and Profit Goals: Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales and profit goals, demonstrating a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and our products.
- Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, biology, or chemistry.
- Pharmaceutical or Healthcare Industry Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with a proven track record of sales success.
- Business Acumen and Clinical Knowledge: Demonstrated business acumen and clinical knowledge, with the ability to articulate a clinical sales message to healthcare providers.
- CRM and Microsoft Office Skills: Proficient in using a CRM system and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
