Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute a Strategic Business Plan: Create and implement a comprehensive business plan to achieve sales and profit goals, while building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Build Relationships with Healthcare Providers: Establish and maintain relationships with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to promote our pharmaceutical products and services.
  • Manage Territory and Sales Performance: Manage and track territory-specific information through a CRM system, and consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Developments: Stay current with industry trends, clinical information, and product knowledge to effectively communicate with healthcare providers and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, biology, or chemistry.
  • Pharmaceutical Sales Experience: At least 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Business Acumen and Communication Skills: Strong business acumen, comprehension of clinical information, and ability to articulate a clinical sales message to healthcare providers.
  • CRM and Microsoft Office Skills: Proficient in using a CRM tool, such as Veeva, and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
