We have an exciting opportunity available to join our Customer Care team in a dynamic and supportive environment.
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, enjoy working independently as well as with the team, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
Our business hours are 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, in a casual and comfortable work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Receive and distribute mail and packages in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support to the customer care team.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies, kitchen supplies, and building materials.
- Reconcile monthly expenses for the department.
- Coordinate meetings, including scheduling tours, setting up rooms, and ordering lunches.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette.
- An outgoing personality and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Experience in a similar role.
