Our business hours are 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, in a casual and comfortable work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Receive and distribute mail and packages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide support to the customer care team.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies, kitchen supplies, and building materials.
  • Reconcile monthly expenses for the department.
  • Coordinate meetings, including scheduling tours, setting up rooms, and ordering lunches.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
