Fire Suppression Manager Job Summary

Summit Fire & Security, a leading fire protection company, is seeking a highly skilled Fire Suppression Manager to oversee the management, operations, and financial performance of the Fire Suppression department. As a subject matter expert, you will be responsible for achieving profitability, growth, and overall performance metrics for the assigned department(s).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Fire Suppression department
  • Develop and implement effective business plans to drive growth and profitability
  • Manage and oversee the financial performance of the department, including budgeting and forecasting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent
  • 10 years of experience in the Fire Life Safety Industry, specifically in Fire Suppression
  • 7 years of professional computer skills
  • 5 years of supervisory experience, preferred
