Requirements

Working Conditions

Firefighters work in extreme conditions, including extreme heat, hazardous materials, and inclement weather. They must be able to lift heavy weights and work in confined spaces.

Selection Process

The selection process will include a written exam, physical ability test, and oral interview. Candidates must pass all portions of the selection process and a thorough background investigation prior to final offer of employment.
