  • Work effectively with the bakery team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance duties, including lifting and carrying heavy objects.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and inventory management.

Requirements and Conditions:

  • High school education or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of one year experience in full bakery operations and procedures.
  • Health department training required.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts, including discounts, gross margins, and percentages.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Working Conditions:

  • Work in a fast-paced bakery environment with frequent exposure to heat, noise, and physical activity.
  • May be required to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Must be able to climb a ladder and perform routine cleaning and maintenance duties.
