At Johnson Controls, we're committed to helping you build a successful career in the life safety industry. As a Sales Representative for Life Safety Services, you'll play a critical role in promoting and selling our electronic fire service offerings to customers across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the sales process from opportunity identification to closing and customer service delivery
  • Work with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs and develop sales strategies
  • Conduct building surveys to support estimate development and proposal preparation
  • Develop and maintain an active proposal backlog to achieve sales plan objectives
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues related to delivery dates, billings, and financing
  • Maintain established accounts through regular customer contact and pursue additional sales opportunities
Requirements:
  • Highly self-motivated and success-driven individual with a strong desire to succeed
  • High energy level with a focus on customers and a strong ability to persuade and close sales
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to obtain necessary licenses and certifications, such as NICET certification within the first 12 months of employment
  • Minimum two years of successful sales or technical experience in the fire alarm, security control, and monitoring industry
