Reporting to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, this position is responsible for the coordination, building, testing, and reporting of data-driven digital content for the Temple Health website and growth-focused landing pages.
Coordinates as needed with the digital marketing and service line marketing teams, clinical, administrative, IT, and third-party developers to maintain, monitor, and grow Temple Health website performance and ensuring alignment with overarching brand goals.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement digital content strategies to drive engagement and conversions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze website performance metrics to inform data-driven decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
- Bachelor's Degree in Digital Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in a related role.
- Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience using Content Management Systems such as Drupal.
- Experience supporting website design/development initiatives.
- Experience with search engine optimization (SEO) standards and practices.
- Preferred experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics or similar tool and Google My Business.
