Sales Champion Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Champion to join our team at Nothing Bundt Cakes #128. As a Sales Champion, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and creating a positive and welcoming experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet guests with genuine warmth and helpful enthusiasm, determining their interests and needs, and following our Sweet Steps of Service to create a superior guest experience.
- Sales and Upselling: Able to up-sell customers and meet daily and shift goals relative to cakes, maintaining strong product knowledge to educate guests on our cake distinction, size, and flavor profile options, pricing, special promotions, and complimentary retail merchandise.
- Product Knowledge: Suggest additional merchandise, including balloons, candles, and cards, to complete a unique celebration, and process guest orders efficiently and accurately utilizing our point-of-sale system.
- Store Presentation: Uphold a clean and organized bakery presentation, replenishing retail merchandise and cake display case to ensure a strong visual presentation.
- Team Collaboration: Assist the Crafter in preparing cake decorations and packaging supplies as needed, and maintain a consistent work attendance and punctuality record.

Must have the flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, based on changing business demands. Closed on Holidays and Close early. Great work hours that give you work/life balance.
