Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Perinatal team at CHRISTUS Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and contribute to the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered services.
Responsibilities- Provide routine and complex care to patients, demonstrating an awareness of all relevant aspects of a situation.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care, utilizing evidence-based practice and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
- Assess learning needs and provide education to patients, family members, and caregivers, identifying issues and resources.
- Administer medications and treatments, monitoring for side effects and effectiveness.
- Document patient history, symptoms, medication, and care given, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
- 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty preferred.
- Perinatal RN Residency or recently practicing in a Perinatal Setting is preferred.
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, preferred.
