Nurse Practitioner

CHRISTUS Health is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, preferred.
- 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty, preferred.
- RN License in state of employment or compact RN.
- BLS required.
