Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at CHRISTUS Children's Hospital. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the hospital's mission to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to pediatric patients, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, preferred.
- 1 year of experience in pediatric nursing, preferred.
- RN License in state of employment or compact.
- BLS required.
CHRISTUS Children's Hospital is a 190-plus-bed hospital serving over 70,000 children annually. Our hospital is located downtown and is the only academic children's hospital in San Antonio.
