Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Perinatal team at CHRISTUS Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and contribute to the development of our nursing practice.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation, in accordance with the ANA Scope and Standards of Practice.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and circumstances of each patient.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly, using standardized documentation tools and techniques.
- 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty, preferably in a Perinatal setting.
- Perinatal RN Residency or recent experience in a Perinatal setting is preferred.
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, preferred.
- RN License in the state of employment or compact.
- BLS required.
- Current STABLE and NRP certifications, as applicable.
7PM - 7AM, Full Time.
