Estimated Salary Range

$45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in implementing behavior support plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Provide direct ABA therapy to clients in a 1:1 setting, promoting nurturing and guiding skills development.
  • Implement behavior support plans accurately and as directed by the BCBA.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A valid Registered Behavior Technician credential (we can assist with obtaining this).
  • A valid driver's license and personal auto insurance.
  • Clear criminal background checks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • An outgoing and positive attitude.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment.
