At Action Behavior Centers, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families. We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Autism Specialist to join our team as a Clinical Director.

Job Overview

As a Clinical Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Registered Behavior Therapists (RBTs) to provide high-quality, evidence-based treatment services to children with ASD.

About You

  • You are a certified BCBA with at least 3 years of experience working with children with ASD and their families.
  • You possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate your team to achieve exceptional results.
  • You are passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care that aligns with our organization's mission and values.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of BCBAs and RBTs to deliver comprehensive treatment services to children with ASD.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery and optimal outcomes for clients.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Conduct regular clinical supervision and coaching to support the growth and development of your team members.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.

Location
