Job Title: Veterinarian Manager

About the Role:

The Veterinarian Manager will oversee the daily operations of our Community Medicine program, ensuring the highest quality care for animals in underserved communities. This role will lead a team of veterinarians and support staff, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure the success of our program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of veterinarians and support staff to provide high-quality care to animals in underserved communities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve animal welfare and community engagement
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement program goals and objectives
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to veterinarians and support staff to ensure the success of our program
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
Requirements:
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in veterinary medicine and management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Commitment to animal welfare and community engagement
