Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of veterinarians and support staff in providing medical services to animals in need.
- Oversee clinic operations, including scheduling, staffing, and supply management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including veterinary licensure and accreditation standards.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care and staff safety.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve organizational goals.
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in veterinary medicine, with at least 1 year in a leadership or management role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced clinic environment, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care and customer service.
