We are seeking a skilled Clinical Psychiatric Specialist to join our team at Psychosocial Therapies in Cincinnati, Ohio. This advanced practitioner will be responsible for providing high-quality psychiatric services to residents in long-term care facilities.

About the Role

This is a full-time or part-time position that requires collaboration with an interdisciplinary treatment team to develop, implement, and evaluate treatment plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to excellence in resident care and thrive in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and prescribe medication collaboratively with a psychiatrist as determined by the State Board of Nursing.
  • Work closely with the treatment team to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Provide expert psychiatric care to residents in long-term care facilities.
  • Travel locally required.
Requirements:
  • Licensed nurse in the state of Ohio with Advance Practice Registered Nurse License in good standing.
  • Board Certified.
  • Prior experience working in psychiatry.
  • Geriatric experience preferred.
  • Active DEA license required.
