Job Summary:

About the Role:

The Clinical Research Nurse Specialist will be responsible for coordinating and implementing research studies within our organization. This includes working closely with principal investigators, study sponsors, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of studies.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and implement research studies
  • Collaborate with principal investigators and study sponsors
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Develop and maintain study protocols
  • Conduct site initiation visits and monitoring visits
  • Ensure accurate and timely data collection and reporting
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in clinical nursing, preferably in a research setting
  • Skills: Strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Certifications: Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS), Clinical Research Coordinator Certification after 2 years of full-time research experience
Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
