About the Role

Clear Channel Airports is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Campaign Planner to join our sales support team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in developing and executing sales proposals, managing client relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Sales Proposals: Utilize campaign planning tools to ensure accuracy and efficiency in developing and executing sales proposals with support from Sales Coordinators.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives: Work closely with Account Executives to understand client proposal requirements, including templates, audience research, competitive spending data, and creative and production requirements.
  • Review and Finalize Proposals: Review and finalize proposals to ensure all requirements for a successful and compelling proposal are met, exceeding client expectations.
  • Client Service and Support: Understand customer needs, focusing on client service and supporting Account Executives in deepening sales within existing accounts.
  • Rate Information and Proposal Requests: Provide proposed rate information based on market and corporate guidelines, and ensure timely and accurate turnaround of proposal requests.
  • Proposal Development and Support: Support Account Executives in developing client proposals, including customized spreadsheets, pricing data, marketing material, and assembling required documents.
  • Inventory Management and Renewals: Work with Clear Channel Airport markets to ensure inventory is held appropriately for clients, and manage renewals and expiring contracts.
  • Post-Campaign Reporting: Run post-campaign reports to monitor arrival and posting of creative material, proof of performance of contracted advertising campaigns, and take-down of creative material.
Requirements
  • Education: 4-year college degree, BA/BS or equivalent preferred, or a combination of relevant work and educational experience.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales, sales assistant, or support role, with Media/Advertising sales experience preferred.
Skills and Competencies
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Organized with ability to multi-task, manage own time, and prioritize work.
  • Communication and Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication skills, actively listening to and partnering with others, possessing strong written and verbal communications and document creation skills.
  • Business Acumen and Financial Knowledge: Exhibit financial and business acumen, and working knowledge of advertising industry, media sales development, planning, and competitive formats, and pricing and product development preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Competent in Microsoft software applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
Physical Demands
  • Sitting and Standing: Employee must have the ability to sit and/or stand at a desk for a minimum of 8 hours a day and complete tasks requiring repetitive use of hands.
  • Lifting and Moving: Employee must have the ability to lift and move items up to 15 pounds.
  • Vision and Hearing: Employee must have the ability to see written documents and computer screens, and to adjust focus.
  • Work Environment: This job is performed in a temperature-controlled office environment.
