Job Title: Childcare Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Childcare Program Manager to join our team at Women In Need, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our childcare program.

As a Childcare Program Manager, you will be responsible for:

  1. Developing and implementing curricula that meet the social, emotional, physical, and intellectual needs of our children;
  2. Supervising and supporting Assistant Teachers in their daily activities;
  3. Attending program and agency staff meetings, child treatment reviews, case conferences, and supervisory sessions;
  4. Assisting in the creation and implementation of summer programs;
  5. Conducting developmental assessments and referring children to appropriate therapeutic services when needed;
  6. Maintaining a safe, healthy, culturally diverse, and attractive classroom environment;
  7. Communicating regularly with parents about their children's needs and progress;
  8. Ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures outlined in our Employee Handbook.
