  • Creating a safe, warm, and nurturing environment for students that is conducive to learning
  • Planning and leading classroom instruction that meets the needs of children
  • Actively engaging with families to ensure parents/caregivers are knowledgeable about their child's program
  • Implementing behavior plans and/or IFSP/IEP goals, as appropriate
