The System Director is responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and implementation of clinical operations across the organization. This includes developing and implementing policies related to clinic practice and physician practice, monitoring and reporting financial performance, and ensuring productivity, cost, efficiency, and quality metrics are achieved.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement policies and procedures related to clinic practice and physician practice.
- Monitor and report financial performance of clinic practice and Hospitalist's practice.
- Ensure productivity, cost, efficiency, and quality metrics are achieved by all Hospitalists.
- Promote collaborative partnerships across departments and organization to achieve Hospitalists performance improvement.
- Lead the Outpatient network relationship with Prominence Health, other aligned ACO partners, and the Hospitalists.
- Assure appropriate compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Minimum three years experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, clinic or practice setting or four years substantial healthcare responsibility.
- Effective working knowledge of healthcare financial management, specifically medical practice accounting, third party reimbursement issues, patient flow and facilities management.
- Knowledge of organizational policies, procedures, health care administration systems, governmental regulations and compliance requirements.
- Ability to exercise initiative, sound judgement and problem-solving techniques in the decision making process.
Master's Degree in Administration or Health Administration required.
