Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate operational processes and identify gaps to implement consistent processes that ensure high standards of service delivery.
  • Maintain regional operations budget and expenses for inventory, facilities, and services, ensuring each club meets or exceeds financial targets.
  • Establish and measure KPIs for measures of success and implement operational processes that drive efficiency and improve the member experience.
  • Ensure inventory and supply management procedures are consistent to company standards and create and manage employee administration functions, including compliance, meal and rest breaks, scheduling, payroll, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals and initiatives and participate in meetings with District Managers to review performance, address challenges, and share operational initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience with direct oversight of service and operations teams in a multi-unit organization, ideally in the fitness or hospitality industries.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience overseeing member or customer retention initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success and extensive experience managing budgets and P&Ls.
  • Proven track record of driving operational success through developing high-performing front-line employees and succession planning.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel frequently to clubs within the region.
