Job Overview
Critical to our mission of preventing and ending homelessness, we are seeking a highly skilled Adult System Impact Manager to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of strategies to address adult and veteran homelessness. Located in Columbus, Ohio, this role demands a leader who can drive impactful change through strategic leadership, collaborative partnerships, and a commitment to creating equitable opportunities for all.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in human services or a related field, with at least five years of program management experience. Experience working in a quasi-government setting and with homeless or disadvantaged populations is strongly preferred.

$55,000-$65,000 per year

About the Role
This position plays a pivotal role in advancing the mission to prevent and end homelessness by serving as a subject matter expert on Adult and Veteran Systems. The manager leads the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of strategies such as diversion, rapid rehousing, and permanent supportive housing while championing equity and innovation in service delivery. Collaborating with community partners, the manager drives system-level effectiveness, fosters relationships, and implements best practices to address barriers and improve outcomes for adults and veterans experiencing homelessness.

Key Responsibilities
* Manages self and position responsibilities in a manner congruent with CSB values, mission, policies, and procedures.
* Annual Development of SMART goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
* Development and maintenance of monthly dashboard.
* Overall accountability as program manager for the Adult and Veterans' services system and related programs;
* Acts as a community resource for adult system services;
* Provides program-level support for new project development and emerging practices;
* Supports the Winter Warming Center strategy;
* Leads employment initiatives for adults in the shelter, rapid rehousing, and permanent supportive housing;
* Develops and maintains relationships and referral pathways for clients with programs such as Goodwill, Columbus Works, and Ohio Means Jobs (Workforce Development Board of Central Ohio);
* Monitors Adult and Veteran System program performance indicators and outcomes and advises the Program Effectiveness Team and relevant providers of significant variances and action steps.
