System Impact Manager for Adult Services

Columbus, Ohio-based Community Shelter Board is seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the position of System Impact Manager for Adult Services. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to address homelessness among adults and veterans in the community.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced program manager with a strong background in social services, particularly in addressing homelessness. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the complex issues surrounding homelessness and the ability to develop and implement solutions that drive positive outcomes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to address homelessness among adults and veterans in the Columbus community.
  • Collaborate with local service providers, government agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with partner agencies, ensuring effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Provide leadership and oversight to the development and implementation of adult and veteran system-level policies and procedures.
  • Lead the development and execution of adult and veteran system performance indicators and outcomes.
  • Monitor and analyze system performance data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in human services or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in a quasi-government setting.
  • Strong knowledge of homelessness-related issues, including causes, characteristics, and effective program interventions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of energy and adaptability.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $60,000-$70,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
