Your Role at Impact Radius

As a Software Engineer at Impact Radius, you'll join a global team of experts who are shaping the future of partnerships management. You'll work on designing and building real-time data processes at scale, contributing to the development of distributed systems, and collaborating with remote team members using tools like Slack and Zoom.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, code, and automate tests for new product features
  • Resolve real-world challenges for brands on our Partnership Platform
  • Address complex technical engineering issues related to scale and performance
  • Engage directly with the Product team and other engineers to gather and understand requirements
  • Participate in an agile team process and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with remote team members using tools like Slack and Zoom

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in programming using open source technologies
  • Strong communication skills
  • A problem-solver, eager to address challenges and deliver solutions
  • Thrives independently and when collaborating within a team
  • B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
  • Tools & Skills:
    • Java / JavaScript / SQL / Spring Framework
    • Git | Gradle | IntelliJ
    • MacOs / Linux | Cloud Computing

  • Estimated Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000 per year, plus additional 5% variable annual bonus contingent on Company performance and eligible to receive Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grant
