Job Summary:

This is a hybrid position that requires the candidate to be onsite two to three days a week. The Network/Telecom Specialist will function as a Tier 3 level IT Architect Systems Administrator II for the Integrated Network Services unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide primary support in the resolution of MS window systems and software, network hardware, scripting, software, and applications problems.
  • Support and manage MS Windows systems and software for Consumer Platforms Infrastructure Operations unit.
  • Plan, install, configure, script, deploy, patch, interface, and tune Windows-based systems and software.
  • Lead projects that require supervision of others, manage timelines, resources, and personnel, and lead implementation efforts to completion.
  • Handle support ServiceNow tickets, handle various requirement details from various business units, and documentation.
  • Handle Disaster Recovery steps for data centers that comprise storage, compute, network, and virtualization technologies.
  • Handle Backup, VMWare, Windows Active Directory, Patching, Antivirus, Linux, and Cloud technologies.
  • Handle verbal and written communication to both technical and non-technical groups.
  • Experience in managing medical and directory services.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical skills in network infrastructure, telecommunications, and security.
  • Experience in managing MS Windows systems and software.
  • Ability to lead projects and manage timelines, resources, and personnel.
