Position Overview

Are you passionate about precision in manufacturing and committed to delivering high-quality products? We are looking for an experienced Precision CNC Operator who possesses a strong attention to detail and a solid grasp of the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machinery, interpreting blueprints, calibrating tools, and performing lathe operations. Key Responsibilities:

As a Precision CNC Operator, your responsibilities will include:

1. Operating and maintaining CNC machines for tasks such as drilling, milling, and grinding.
2. Reading and interpreting blueprints and mechanical drawings to understand project specifications.
3. Converting instructions into computer commands for accurate machine operation.
4. Preparing and loading raw materials and components into the machines.
5. Inspecting and measuring finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
6. Conducting periodic tests on machine operations to ensure efficiency.
7. Maintaining equipment, including the calibration of CNC machines and tools.
8. Performing lathe operations as required.
9. Monitoring machine performance and making adjustments to enhance output quality.
10. Conducting daily checks on machinery to ensure optimal functionality.

Qualifications:

To qualify for the Precision CNC Operator position, candidates should possess:

1. A minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a CNC operator.
2. Proficiency in operating CNC machinery and using precision measurement tools.
3. Ability to read and understand mechanical documents and drawings.
4. Basic computer skills with knowledge of programming and CAD/CAM.
5. Strong mechanical aptitude and mathematical skills.
6. A meticulous eye for detail and a results-oriented mindset.
7. Effective communication skills.
8. Capability to work collaboratively within a team.
9. Preferred completion of a degree or certificate program in a relevant field.
10. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy materials.
