Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT leader to join our senior leadership team as Vice President, IT Americas. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in revolutionizing our IT department to unlock the potential of our people and technology.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a business-centric IT strategy, focusing on capabilities, operating model & skills, delivery excellence, and cost management in the region.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all regional IT activities, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
- Collaborate with business partners and peers to develop and execute consolidated Americas strategic plans.
- 10 to 15 years of experience in information technology, with a strong background in apparel applications development.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in Operations/Infrastructure management, with a proven track record of success.
- Demonstrated success in developing and managing a global IT support infrastructure that services the business and IT needs in multiple countries.
- Strong business process and project management experience, with a proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- College Degree in computer science, engineering, or business field is required. Equivalent experience in business is acceptable, with a preference for a Graduate Degree (MBA).
- Strong planning, management, and human relations skills, with the ability to deal with a highly diverse workforce, domestically and internationally.
- Experience working in a dynamic, multiple-brands environment, with a strong understanding of the apparel industry.
