We are seeking an experienced Engineering Planner to join our team at Leidos, Inc. in El Segundo, CA. As a key member of our National Airspace Systems Integration Support (NISC) program, you will play a critical role in preparing high-profile business intelligence documents for FAA senior leaders and external groups.
Key Responsibilities- Provide documentation support, including historical records of design changes, project risk, and action items.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, conduct studies, and analyze data to inform stakeholders.
- Prepare and conduct effective technical presentations, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders, peers, and management levels to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Record and organize important information from meetings, both in-person and virtual, and translate it into meeting minutes and reports.
- Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience or Master's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Experience with technical documentation and data analysis.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust Security Clearance Suitability.
- Experience dealing with multiple lines of business in the FAA.
