Chipton-Ross is seeking a Facilities Space Planner 2 for a contract/hybrid opportunity in El Segundo, CA.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 
-Data entry (Processing incoming new hire information and entering move requests on their behalf)
-Interface with requestors (admins and managers) for clarifications of requests or when discrepancies in data are found.  Work to resolve any issues.
-Validating personnel/room information maintained in Archibus (Corporate IWMS).  May require physically walking spaces.
-Collaborating with Space Planning team to review demands for space and determining strategic solutions to meet those demands
-Developing test fits for those proposed solutions
-Much of the daily work will be between the computer and the phone (or Teams calls) to get clarification of the information.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: 
-Corporate Space Planning Experience
-Office furniture layout/test fits
-AutoCAD or other CAD experience
-Computer (MS Office Suite)

PREFERRED:
-Bachelor's degree

EDUCATION
High school diploma or equivalent.
School must be accredited.

HOURS:
5/40 workweek. 1st shift. Primary location is El Segundo, 3-day hybrid possibility.
