Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Restaurant Shift Manager to lead our team and drive business growth. As a Restaurant Shift Manager, you'll be responsible for motivating and coaching our team members to deliver exceptional guest service and maintain a clean and safe restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate a strong work ethic and lead by example to motivate and inspire our team members.
  • Coach and Develop Team Members: Provide coaching and development opportunities to help team members improve their skills and advance in their careers.
  • Drive Business Growth: Analyze sales data and implement strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Foster a Positive Work Environment: Create a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.
  • Ensure Food Safety and Quality: Maintain a clean and safe restaurant environment and ensure that food is prepared and served to our high standards.
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies: Manage inventory and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to operate efficiently.
  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our brand and drive sales.
Requirements
  • Previous Management or Leadership Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a management or leadership role, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Ability to Lead and Motivate a Team: The ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional guest service and maintain a clean and safe restaurant environment.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members, guests, and vendors.
  • Ability to Analyze Sales Data and Implement Strategies: The ability to analyze sales data and implement strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
