Position Overview

DARCARS Automotive Group is seeking a dedicated On-Site Sales BDC Agent to enhance our customer interaction and sales processes.

As a Business Development Call Center Agent, you will play a crucial role in managing our online business inquiries. This position is not remote. You will be instrumental in creating a modern car purchasing experience by establishing genuine connections with potential customers through preferred communication methods. Your responsibilities will include handling a significant volume of inbound and outbound calls and emails promptly. You will identify customer needs, arrange both in-person and virtual sales appointments, collaborate with sales consultants, and provide information regarding pricing and vehicle availability.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to all customer inquiries via email, SMS, and phone within one hour, ensuring compliance with the company's quality standards.
  • Act as the primary resource for our products, services, purchasing process, and the DARCARS brand.
  • Convert inquiries into dealership visits or virtual appointments.
  • Follow established communication scripts and email templates.
  • Document all customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Achieve or surpass individual performance metrics, including response time, appointment setting rates, and conversion rates.
  • Implement best practices for both short-term and long-term customer follow-up.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Quick learner with the ability to grasp detailed product and service information.
  • Exceptional listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Commitment to quality, process enhancement, and excellence.
  • Professional demeanor and work ethic.
  • Experience making high-volume outbound calls, exceeding 70 calls daily.
  • Advanced computer and phone skills.
  • Typing speed of 35-40 words per minute minimum.
  • Familiarity with customer tracking systems is preferred.
  • Prior experience in retail, sales, service BDC, reception, call center, or similar roles is advantageous.
  • Appointment setting experience is a plus.
  • Able to multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is beneficial.
  • Team-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be at least eighteen years old.
  • Must pass a pre-employment background screening.
