Job Responsibilities
- Provide leadership in a team environment and train associates on quality procedures.
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to investigate non-conforming product and direct completion of corrective actions.
- Monitor production processing through random quality audits and conduct necessary quality inspections using proper equipment and techniques.
- Conduct statistical analysis on select processes and report findings to management.
- Assist with problem-solving, root cause analysis, and corrective actions to ensure product quality and compliance.
- Maintain accurate documentation of quality inspection results and ensure compliance with required specifications.
- Develop and maintain quality procedures and work instructions, and audit and maintain compliance to required quality management system standards.
- Provide management with detailed quality reports as required.
Requirements
- Associate degree or technical degree required.
- At least 1 year of quality assurance experience required.
- Strong mathematical skills and knowledge of Excel.
- Ability to work with little supervision and enforce SOPs and product specifications.
