Position Summary:

Under limited supervision, the Mechanical Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling various mechanical units and subassemblies. This role involves a degree of repetitive tasks and requires adherence to specific guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assemble mechanical units and subassemblies with a focus on precision and quality.
  2. Follow blueprints and verbal or written instructions under the guidance of a supervisor.
  3. Operate manufacturing equipment including saws, deburrers, tube benders, and hand tools to complete assembly tasks.
  4. Ensure products meet prescribed tolerances and perform operations such as wrapping and inserting fins.
