At KIPP New Jersey, we offer a competitive salary range of $63,000-$101,000+ per year, with additional opportunities for earning up to $5,500 annually in performance-based pay. Our comprehensive benefits plan includes health care, retirement, a school laptop, and transportation benefits for TEAMmates commuting into New Jersey from the Philadelphia area.
