Our elementary school is seeking an exceptional educator to join our team as a K-4 Grade Level Educator. As a teacher at KIPP New Jersey, you will be responsible for creating and implementing engaging lesson plans, using data to inform instruction, and working closely with students, families, and colleagues to support student progress. You will also have the opportunity to participate in school events, activities, and programs outside of regular class instruction hours.

At KIPP New Jersey, we offer a competitive salary range of $63,000-$101,000+ per year, with additional opportunities for earning up to $5,500 annually in performance-based pay. Our comprehensive benefits plan includes health care, retirement, a school laptop, and transportation benefits for TEAMmates commuting into New Jersey from the Philadelphia area.
